We cannot change the address of the order before it has been sent out. If your order is shipped from our warehouse in the EU, UPS will handle the transportation. In these cases, we will be able to contact UPS once they have received the shipment and ask them to update the address while it is on its way to you. Please note, however, that we can never guarantee that such a change will be made before the first delivery attempt.
If your order is shipped from our US warehouse, it will be shipped with FedEx. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address whatsoever for these shipments. In these cases, we advise you to contact FedEx yourself once you have received your tracking number to see if they are able to help you in any way. This is usually not an issue, in case you only have a typo in your address.
If your order is sent with UPS and you wish to change the address, please contact us through the contact form below and advise of any changes that you wish to make.
We cannot change the address to one located in another country or in another state.
- If your order is for a Sign-Up product, we can never change the address for security reasons. We must ship it to the address you have signed up using.
- For other security reasons, if you have paid using Klarna invoices, we can also not change the address. This is to prevent fraudulent purchases.
There is a typo in my address, can you amend it?
We cannot make any changes before the order is shipped out. However, please contact us with the correct information and we will forward it to the courier (if the order is shipped with UPS - we can, unfortunately, not forward any info to FedEx). We cannot guarantee that any changes will be made in time before the first delivery attempt. We can also recommend that you contact the courier that is to deliver your parcel before or on the day of delivery. It is possible that they can forward the necessary information to the driver so that they can successfully make the delivery.
