Viewing info relevant to US & CA Customers
These instructions are for returning your order back to our warehouse in the EU. This is necessary if your order was shipped from there. If your order was shipped to you from our US warehouse, you must ship it back to the same warehouse. In that case, please see these instructions.
Please refer to your order confirmation email or order shipped email to find out where your order is shipped from.
You are welcome to return any item(s) you have purchased online back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Please follow the steps below and make sure to carefully read through the terms.
- The return must be registered less than 30 days after receiving your order.
- Any product(s) must be returned in mint condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed (other than tried on). Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and with all labels and tags attached to the product
- Remember that the shoe box is part of the product and cannot be damaged. If we receive a damaged shoebox in return, SNS reserve the right to deduct 30 EUR from your refund.
- SNS does not provide free return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- SNS does not refund any shipping fees or any customs fees that have been paid by the customer.
- SNS does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you may easily do so by returning the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order.
- Please register your return via this link (https://sns.returnado.com/). Once your registration is submitted, your return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Print the label and pack the products you wish to return safely in the shipping box. If you are returning shoes, please remember not to damage the shoe box with tape, writing, shipping labels, etc.
- Drop of your return at your closest DHL access point.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as SNS has received and approved your return. Please allow 2 weeks for return shipping, warehouse handling and bank transaction to clear. Once your return has been handled, we will notify you via email.
