Viewing info relevant to US & CA Customers
These instructions are for returning an order that was shipped from our EU Warehouse. Please refer to your order confirmation email to find out where your order is shipped from.
If your order was shipped from our US warehouse, you must ship it back to there. In that case, please see these instructions.
- The return must be registered less than 30 days after receiving your order.
- No returns are accepted for Sign Ups in the US since all Sign up wins are final.
- Any product(s) must be returned in mint condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed (other than tried on). Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and with all labels and tags attached to the product
- Remember that the shoe box is part of the product and cannot be damaged. If we receive a damaged shoebox in return, SNS reserve the right to deduct 30 EUR from your refund.
- SNS does not provide free return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- SNS does not refund any shipping fees or any customs fees that have been paid by the customer.
- SNS does not offer exchanges. You are welcome to place a new order.
- Please register your return via this link. Once your registration is submitted, your return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Print the label and pack the products you wish to return safely in the shipping box. If you are returning shoes, please remember not to damage the shoe box with tape, writing, shipping labels, etc.
- Drop of your return at your closest DHL access point.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as SNS has received and approved your return. Please allow 2 weeks for return shipping, warehouse handling and bank transaction to clear. Once your return has been handled, we will notify you via email.
