- Incorrect address
- Parcel refusal
- Failure to collect the parcel from the service point within the designated pickup window.
Unfortunately, the parcel will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued once it's received at the warehouse.
We typically advise against refusing parcels because the return-to-sender process can take up to a month in some cases.
