- Delivery time to addresses in Canada and the US is 5-10 business days. The delivery times may vary depending on where your order has been shipped from.
- Many orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and in some cases from one of our US stores. In these cases, the orders are shipped with FedEx.
- Due to product availability, some cases may be shipped from our European warehouse. In these cases, we will ship with UPS. Shipments from Europe are subject to local taxes and customs fees. However, in the US, these are normally exempt unless you order goods for over $800.
- Sign-Up orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days after the draw has been made and the winners have been notified.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Army APO and FPO addresses.
- During periods of campaigns and sales, it can take longer before your order is shipped out and some delay can be expected.
Once your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your order.
