Steps if you are returning your products to our UK warehouse:
- Please register your return via this link. Once your registration is submitted and approved, you will receive a DHL Parcel bar-code. You should not print it. You just need show it from your phone to your nearest DHL access point.
- Pack the products you wish to return safely in the shipping box. If you are returning shoes, please remember not to damage the shoe box with tape, writing, shipping labels, etc.
- Drop off your return at a DHL access point. You can easily find one when you type your address here.
- It can take up to 2 weeks to process a return once we have received and approved it. The return department will contact you via e-mail as soon as your return has been processed and refunded.
Steps if you are returning your products to our EU warehouse:
- Please register your return via this link. Once your registration is submitted and approved, your return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Print the label and pack the products you wish to return safely in the shipping box. If you are returning shoes, please remember not to damage the shoe box with tape, writing, shipping labels, etc.
- Drop off your return at a DHL access point. You can easily find one when you type your address here.
- It can take up to two weeks to process a return once we have received and approved it. The return department will contact you via e-mail as soon as your return has been processed and refunded.
