Many customers choose to participate in our Sign-ups and only a lucky few will win. From drawing the winners, we automatically reserve an amount via the selected payment method selected during the sign-up and create an order so it can be shipped as soon as possible.
With the way we handle these orders, we are unable to cancel the order before it is sent out to you and cannot respond to any such requests. This is the unfortunate way it is, however, it is clearly stated when signing up, that canceling orders is not a possibility.
Kindly also note that we are unable to return the shipment while it is on its way to you by contacting the courier. Beyond that, if you refuse delivery and the return is automatically returned to us, we may charge you for the return shipment - a fee of up to 50 USD.
A sign-up entry can be deleted in the history section of your app account as long as the sign-up is still active. As soon as a Sign-up status changes from Open it will no longer be possible to exit the sign-up per the agreed upon terms and conditions.
You are able to return the item for a refund if you like after you've received it.
Can I return a raffle product I've purchased in-store?
No. All in-store raffle purchases are final.
