Due to our packing practices, it is extremely uncommon for us to ship orders not containing any or all items. If one or more products from your order are missing, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form below. Make sure NOT to throw away the parcel you received. Instead, explain how you received the parcel, what was missing, and include several photos of the packaging. Make sure to capture all sides of the box and everything in it. The shipping label also needs to be fully visible in one of the photos.
Upon contacting us, we will raise an investigation with the shipping company so that we can investigate what may have happened on our end as well as during shipping. We will then, of course, make sure to proceed accordingly with your case.
