We understand that returning two orders in one parcel might save time and costs. However, here’s how our return process works:
- Each return parcel is assigned its unique return number, registered, and connected to the warehouse return system.
- This return number is linked to the specific items you've purchased.
- When you create a return order, the system automatically detects the items you want to return.
- Upon receiving the return parcel at the warehouse, the staff scans it, validates the items linked to the return order, and processes the refund.
If additional items are included, the warehouse staff may struggle to link them to the exact order because that's not part of their process. As a result, these additional items might be misplaced or disposed of in the warehouse without a clear status, potentially leading to loss.
