We do not recommend doing so as if the return is misplaced, damaged or lost, we will not be able to assist you as our contract is with DHL.
In some cases, it will also delay the refund process since important information are visible on the SNS produced return label that our warehouse team will need to process the return.
If you end up doing so, please keep your tracking information so that you can monitor the arrival in the warehouse. Once delivered, it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
