Most orders within Europe are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. Due to product availability, some orders may be shipped from one of our European stores. 

• We try to ship out your order within 1 to 5 business days from the day you placed your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.
• Delivery within Europe is  2-6 business days from that the order has been shipped. 
• Sign-Up orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days after the draw has been made and the winners have been notified. All Sign-up orders are shipped to your home address.
• When we ship to a non-EU country, you may as a receiver be subject to pay local customs fees upon delivery. These fees are decided by local customs - please contact your local customs for further info.
• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Army APO and FPO addresses.
• During periods of campaigns and sales, it can take longer before your order is shipped out and some delay can be expected.

Once your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your order.
