You can currently expect that it will take up to 2 weeks from your return order being delivered at our warehouse until we have fully processed it and fulfilled your request. Please note that if your return order has yet to be delivered to us, the processing time can still change before we receive it.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse we will unpack it, process it, and fulfill your refund or exchange. Once this has been done, we will notify you via email. Exchanges are shipped out at no further cost to you as a customer.
We receive many returns and carefully review each one to ensure a continued high-quality standard on our products. Therefore, it may take up to two weeks for your return to be processed and for you to be notified.

Furthermore, if your purchase has been made during a sale, it is possible that we will experience an increased amount of returns. We understand the importance and your desire of receiving your exchange or money back as soon as possible, however, we are kindly asking for your patience and understanding that the process may sometimes take a bit more time. If you are yet to receive any updates after your return order has been delivered for two weeks, please contact us via the contact form below and include information about the shipping company and the tracking number. We will then help you as best as we can.
